In 1996, Amgen established a set of core values—focused on science, ethics, teamwork, and collaboration—to guide our growing company. Nearly 30 years later, those values remain just as essential. They continue to serve as our North Star as we navigate a fast-changing world, helping us stay true to our mission: to serve patients.

Today, as we serve patients in more than 100 countries and plan for the next decade of innovation, these values are more than a reflection of who we are—they are a blueprint for how we lead.
